David Mach is someone who beat City Hall. The City attempted to declare eminent domain in order to take his family's property and sell it to developers, but this man did not take it lying down. Determined to make a difference, he threw his hat into the ring to vie for the District 4 Commission seat in a recent special election, coming in second.
